Harley-Davidson, Inc., and each of its respective affiliates, including Harley-Davidson Canada Inc., subsidiaries, shareholders, representatives, officers, directors, agents, and employees (collectively, the “H-D Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Promotion or any Prize awarded.
Overview: Two (2) winners will win in this Harley-Davidson Canadian Armed Forces Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”), sponsored by Mighty Loud Enterprises ("Mighty Loud" or “Sponsor”). The Promotion winners will be selected from among the eligible entries in two (2) distinct drawings as more fully detailed herein. Entrants are required to comply with these contest rules (the “Official Rules”) in order to be eligible to win and receive the Prize.
Entry Period: Promotion entry period begins July 03, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET), and ends on July 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be submitted and received by Sponsor during the Entry Period to be eligible to participate in the Promotion. The Sponsor's clock shall be the official timekeeper for the Promotion.
Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Canada, all of whom must have attained age of majority in their respective province or territory of residence at the time of entry and are either active, reservist, or former members of the Canadian Armed Forces. Entrants will be required to submit proof of service in the Canadian Armed Forces, such as through Service Numbers. Former members released or dismissed from the Canadian Armed Forces for any misconduct are ineligible for the Promotion. Employees of Mighty Loud, Harley-Davidson, Inc., and its dealers and retailers, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, and promotional and other vendor agencies, and all their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors involved in the Promotion, and the immediate family (parent, spouse, including common law spouse, sibling, child, grandparent, grandchild, regardless of where they reside) and household members of all such employees, are not eligible to enter the Promotion. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, municipal and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Entrants agree that Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. If you win a Prize in this Promotion, you will not be eligible to win any prize (valued over $500) in any other promotions by Sponsor or any H-D Entities in 2025. Entrants who have already won a prize valued over $500 in any promotion held by Sponsor in 2024 or 2025 are not eligible.

How We Collect Geolocation Data: At the time of entry, we may ask you to enable location services on your device so that we can collect your precise geolocation. “We” refers to Sponsor, Harley-Davidson Canada Inc., and any other H-D Entities or Participating Dealers.
How We Use Geolocation Data: If you enable location services, we will collect and use your precise geolocation data to verify your location at the Participating Dealer at the time of entry.
We do not sell your precise geolocation data with anyone, at any time, for any reason.
Your Choices: You are not required to enable location services or to allow us to collect your precise geolocation in order to participate in the Promotion. We delete and will not retain your precise geolocation data after time of entry. At any time, you may choose to ask us to tell you what data we have about you, to correct inaccurate data, to delete your personal information that we no longer need, and to confirm that we do not sell or share your personal information, including precise geolocation, with anyone. How to Enter: No purchase necessary. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.
1. QR Code:
You can enter the Promotion by scanning the sweepstakes QR code from your mobile smart phone or smart device and following the instructions to complete and submit a registration form. The form will request certain information, including your name, address, date of birth, phone number and email address. You will receive one (1) entry upon registration in this manner.
2. Email:
You can alternatively enter by sending an email during the Entry Period with your name, address, date of birth, email address, phone number, and subject line of “Canadian Armed Forces Sweepstakes” to: contestentry@mightyloud.com. You will receive one (1) entry upon registration in this manner.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, incomplete, or incorrect entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or mobile phone number. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries (as outlined below) by using multiple/different email addresses, mobile phone numbers, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder.
Limit: Limit maximum of one (1) entry total per person and per email address and mobile phone number throughout the Promotion, regardless of method of entry. Any and all additional entries submitted over the stated limits as defined herein will be considered void.
Odds of Winning and Prize:
Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Two (2) winners in total from among the eligible entries will each receive one (1) Grand Prize. Limit one (1) prize maximum per person. Limit two (2) prizes to be awarded in this Promotion.
Prizes: The Promotion will consist of the following grand prizes (the “Prizes” or the “Grand Prizes”):
Each Prize consist of one (1) $2,500 CAD in-dealer shopping spree credit at a participating Harley-Davidson® dealer (“Participating Dealer”). A Prize is not able to be applied towards the purchase of a motorcycle and must be used in its entirety within ninety (90) calendar days of confirmation of the applicable winner’s eligibility.
Total approximate retail value (ARV) of a Prize is $2,500 CAD.
A winner must use the Prize at the Participating Dealer in or closest to Winner’s postal code, as determined by Sponsor. If the closest Participating Dealer is unable to fulfill the Prize, Sponsor may select a reasonable alternative from the Participating Dealers based on the proximity to the winner.
How To Win: Within approximately 72 hours after the close of the Entry Period, Sponsor will conduct two (2) distinct random draws from among all eligible entries in which it will select the potential winners of the Grand Prizes (the “Grand Prize Draw”).
Mighty Loud's decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion, including without limitation the selection of the ultimate Grand Prize winner, are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
The potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by email, call, or text message at Sponsor's discretion. Before being declared a winner of the Prize, the selected entrant will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-test and will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver and, where not prohibited, sign and return a Publicity Release authorizing and consenting to the use of the entrant’s name and other personal information (collectively, the "Requirements"), all of which must be received by Mighty Loud within forty-eight (48) hours of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, and in the manner set forth by Mighty Loud in the communication, in order for a potential winner to claim their respective Prize.
The Grand Prize winners will be contacted regarding the fulfillment of the Prizes within 1-2 weeks of the conclusion of the Promotion by the designated Participating Dealers, and it will be fulfilled by the designated Participating Dealers as soon as it becomes available.
A representative from Sponsor will contact the potential Prize winners to confirm eligibility to award the Prizes. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, garbled, unintelligible, or otherwise missed communications. Any potential winner(s) of the Prize who cannot be contacted, or who fail to complete the Requirements or to provide any other requested information within the time period designated by Mighty Loud, shall be deemed to have refused and forfeited their respective Prize and thereby disqualified and ineligible. Failure of an entrant to comply with the Official Rules shall result in disqualification and ineligibility. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, declines the Prize or forfeits the Prize, Sponsor will conduct an alternate, random draw to select a new winner from among all remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will conduct three (3) alternate draws (if and only if necessary) as described above, and will endeavor, time permitting, to award the Prize, after which the Prize may remain un-awarded.
Additional Requirements and Terms: ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, PROVINCIAL, TERRITORIAL OR OTHER SALES TAX, TITLE AND REGISTRATION, AND ANY OTHER CHARGES, TAXES, OR FEES MUST BE PAID BY THE GRAND PRIZE WINNERS TO THE APPROPRIATE PARTICIPATING DEALER (S) OR AUTHORITY IN CONNECTION WITH WINNING OR USING THE GRAND PRIZES. Failure to do so within 30 days of the date that a Grand Prize winner is advised that the Prize is ready for pick-up may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize, in Sponsor’s sole and unappealable discretion. A Grand Prize cannot be transferred.
Each Prize is non-transferable, must be accepted as awarded and does not have any cash equivalent. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated Prize should become unavailable for any reason. Any portion of a Prize not accepted or timely used by a winner will be forfeited.
With respect to the Grand Prize, it is awarded “as-is” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, none of Sponsor, Harley-Davidson, Inc., or their respective affiliates, including Harley-Davidson Canada Inc., or agents have made or will be responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law.
Release: By receipt of the Prize, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Mighty Loud Enterprises, and Harley-Davidson, Inc., and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of the Prize herein referenced.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and Harley-Davidson, Inc.'s and their respective agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and Province for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, the Grand Prize Draw or redraw(s) (if any), or any part thereof if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of any of the foregoing, or any event or cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, wide spread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism) interferes with any aspect of the Promotion or the Grand Prize Draw or redraw(s) (if any), including but not limited to fulfillment of the Prize, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or the Grand Prize Draws or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion or the Grand Prize Draw may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or the Grand Prize Draw; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion or the Grand Prize Draw; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion, the Grand Prize Draw, or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons (including great bodily harm or death) or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion, the Grand Prize Draw(s), or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion, if it is possible. No more than the stated Prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated single Prize as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated single Prize in accordance with these Official Rules.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, including the Grand Prize Draw or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action or other class-wide method for dispute resolution; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion or the Grand Prize Draw, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Province of Ontario. The courts in some provinces of Canada will not apply consumer laws from another jurisdiction/province to some types of disputes. If an entrant resides in one of those provinces, that province’s local laws will apply to such disputes related to these Official Rules. Otherwise, entrant agrees that the laws of the Province of Ontario will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these Official Rules. Similarly, if the laws in an entrant’s province will not permit such entrant to consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts in the Province of Ontario, then the entrant’s local jurisdiction and venue will apply to such disputes related to these Official Rules. Otherwise, all claims arising out of or relating to these Official Rules will be litigated exclusively in the Ontario courts, and each entrant agrees that the courts of the Province of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes or claims. By entering, entrant also agrees to hereby expressly and irrevocably waive all rights to trial by jury in any action or proceeding instituted relating in any way or arising in any way out of the Promotion. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any and all individuals (and their entries) who tamper with the entry process.
Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of the potential Prize winner(s), are final and binding.
Privacy Policy: Entry requires submission of certain information, including name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email address. All such personal information collected during this Promotion is for the benefit of Mighty Loud Enterprises, and accordingly subject to Mighty Loud Enterprises’ privacy policy, accessible at https://www.mightyloud.com/privacy-policy. For Canadian residents, the personal information gathered about entrants will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion. Entrants may request access and correction to their personal information, and withdraw their consent to the Sponsor’s use of their personal information (subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice), by contacting the Sponsor at info@mightyloud.com, using subject line “Personal Information Request.” The Sponsor will store personal information about entrants in the United States and, as a result, such information may be accessible to law enforcement and national security authorities of that jurisdiction under laws applicable there.” By entering into this Promotion, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor and Harley-Davidson, Inc., its affiliates, including Harley-Davidson Canada Inc., agents, dealers and/or representatives, collecting, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted at the time of entry (including, without limitation, name, address, etc.) for the purpose of administering the Promotion, unless the entrant agrees otherwise. You may be offered the opportunity to opt-in to receive additional communications (e.g., advertisements and marketing communications) from Sponsor or Harley-Davidson, Inc., and its affiliates, including Harley-Davidson Canada Inc., or Harley-Davidson® dealers, or about their respective products, services, and upcoming contests and promotions.
By participating in this Promotion and submitting an entry, you agree to receive by mail, email, phone call, or text message communications from the Sponsor in the administration of this Promotion as well as communications from Harley-Davidson, Inc., its affiliates, and any of its authorized dealers, including the Participating Dealers, by mail, email, phone or text. If at any point you do not wish to receive such communications, including at time of entry, you may choose to opt out at any time. No communication unrelated to the contest, commercial or otherwise, will be sent to the entrant by the Sponsor, unless the entrant has otherwise authorized the Sponsor to do so or as permitted by applicable law. If you choose to opt out of communications from Sponsor or Harley-Davidson, Inc., its affiliates, or its authorized dealers during the pendency of this Promotion, you may forfeit your opportunity to win.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, tradenames, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source codes, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations that appear on the Sponsor’s websites and other sites or that otherwise may be used by Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, are owned or controlled by i) Sponsor and/or its affiliates or ii) licensors (e.g., Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Inc.). All rights are specifically reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
