How We Collect Geolocation Data: At the time of entry, we may ask you to enable location services on your device so that we can collect your precise geolocation. “We” refers to Sponsor, Harley-Davidson, and any other H-D Entities or Participating Dealers.
How We Use Geolocation Data: If you enable location services, we will collect and use your precise geolocation data to verify your location at a Participating Dealer at the time of entry.
We do not sell or share your precise geolocation data with anyone, at any time, for any reason.
Your Choices
You are not required to enable location services or to allow us to collect your precise geolocation in order to participate in the Promotion. We delete and will not retain your precise geolocation data after the initial time of entry. At any time, you may choose to ask us to tell you what data we have about you, to correct inaccurate data, to delete your personal information that we no longer need, and to confirm that we do not sell or share your personal information, including precise geolocation, with anyone. Overview
The 2025 Harley Holiday Sweeps Giveaway (“Holiday Sweeps” or the “Promotion”), is sponsored by Mighty Loud Enterprises ("Mighty Loud"), available through participating Harley-Davidson® Dealers (“Participating Dealers”) only (Participating Dealer list available here) and consists of the following prize giveaways:
Shopping Spree Giveaway (11/28/2025-12/31/2025): The Shopping Spree Giveaway offers a total of three (3) prizes: one (1) $5000 in-store H-D shopping spree, one (1) $3500 in-store H-D shopping spree, one (1) $1500 in-store H-D shopping spree (all described below). Entries into the Shopping Spree Giveaway will be accepted starting on November 28, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ending on December 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Entry Period”).
Eligibility: Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Hawaii), the District of Columbia, and Canada who are at least twenty-one (21) at the time of entry. Employees of Mighty Loud, Harley-Davidson, Inc. and its Dealers and retailers, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, promotional and other vendor agencies, any prize suppliers, any other companies directly involved in the offer or administration of this promotion, and all of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors involved in the promotion, and the immediate family (parent, spouse, including common law spouse, sibling, child, grandparent, grandchild, regardless of where they reside) and household members of all such employees, are not eligible.
Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Mighty Loud’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. You are not eligible to participate or receive a prize in this Promotion if you have won and received a prize valued over $600 awarded by Mighty Loud or Harley-Davidson as part of the Rolling USA sweepstakes (inclusive of Rolling Daytona, Rolling Arkansas, Rolling Milwaukee to Sturgis, Rolling Arizona, Rolling Texas, Rolling Austria, or Rolling North Pole) or any Harley-Davidson National Dealer Events within the 12 months preceding the Promotion Entry Period. In addition, if you are determined to be a winner in this Promotion of a prize valued over $600, you will be ineligible to participate further in this Promotion or any other such Promotion for the 12 months following such determination.
Prizes, Odds & Prize Restrictions
All prize values in these Official Rules are stated in United States Dollars (USD). The following prizes are available in this Promotion:
$5000 Shopping Spree (1): One (1) $5000 in-store H-D Shopping spree, valid at the Preferred Participating Dealer, valid towards H-D® service, parts, accessories and motor clothes. Shopping Spree Prize may not be applied towards the purchase of a new motorcycle and must be used in its entirety within sixty (60) days of confirmation of winner’s eligibility. ARV: $5000.00.
$3500 Shopping Spree (1): One (1) $3500 in-store H-D Shopping Sprees, valid at the Preferred Participating Dealer, valid towards H-D® service, parts, accessories and motor clothes. Shopping Spree Prize may not be applied towards the purchase of a new motorcycle and must be used in its entirety within sixty (60) days of confirmation of winner’s eligibility. ARV: $3500.00
$1500 Shopping Spree (1): One (1) $1500 in-store H-D® Shopping Sprees, valid at the Preferred Participating Dealer, valid towards H-D service, parts, accessories and motor clothes. Shopping Spree Prize may not be applied towards the purchase of a new motorcycle and must be used in its entirety within sixty (60) days of confirmation of winner’s eligibility. ARV: $1500.00
Total ARV for this Promotion (all prizes here): $10,000.
Odds: The odds of being selected as a Qualifier depend on the number of eligible entries received by each Participating Dealer.
Limit one (1) prize per person. All prizes are subject to the sole discretion of Mighty Loud. All taxes, fees, costs, or other expenses or liabilities associated with any prize that are not expressly included in the prize descriptions above are the sole responsibility of each individual winner.
No substitution of any prize is offered, no transfer of any prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash. Any portion of a prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited. There is no cash equivalent or other substitution for any Prize. Mighty Loud reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes on prizes, and if applicable, winner(s) may receive an IRS Form 1099 or other tax documents for the retail value of any prizes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: IF YOU WIN A PRIZE VALUED OVER $600 IN THIS PROMOTION OR HAVE PREVIOUSLY WON AND RECEIVED A PRIZE VALUED OVER $600 AWARDED BY MIGHTY LOUD OR ANY H-D ENTITY WITHIN 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE START OF THIS PROMOTION, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN ANY ADDITIONAL PRIZE VALUED OVER $600, INCLUDING PRIZE MOTORCYCLE(S), IN ANY CURRENT PROMOTION.
The ARV of any prize may vary, depending on applicable variables including without limitation, date, options, availability, industry, supply and/or seasonal fluctuations. If the actual value of any prize is less than the ARV stated above, winner shall not be entitled to any compensation or reimbursement for the difference.
With respect to any shopping spree Prizes, none of Mighty Loud, Harley-Davidson, Inc., or their respective affiliates or agents have made or will be responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law.
All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in any travel or event-related prize description above, including but not limited to, sales, use or other taxes, passport expenses, fees, passenger tariffs or duties, airline or airport fees, security fees, baggage charges, service charges, facility charges, surcharges, upgrades, extras, meals, beverages, snacks, excursions, alcoholic beverages, tips, gratuities, parking, concessions, sightseeing, souvenirs, merchandise, transfers, COVID or other tests, fuel, trip or travel insurance, resort or hotel services, room service, laundry service, spa treatments, local and long distance telephone calls, Internet access, all lodging and transportation expenses not expressly included above, personal items, and incidentals personal charges at lodging, or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner.
Any images of any prize or prize components in advertising are for illustrative purposes only; actual items awarded as prize/prize components may differ from such images. Entrants agree that Released Parties (below) expressly disclaim all liability in conjunction therewith.
Prizes are non-transferable and do not have any cash equivalent. Noncash prizes are not redeemable for cash and may not be sold, bartered or auctioned. The right to receive any prize is personal to winner and is not transferable. Any prize or portion thereof not accepted by any winner is forfeited and no cash or substitute will be offered or permitted. Prizes may not be substituted except that Mighty Loud in its discretion may substitute a prize, or portion thereof, with a prize or portion of equal or greater value if it deems necessary. Any such changes will be announced.

How to Enter
There are several ways to enter the Harley Holiday Sweeps Promotion:
Scan or Check-in at Participating Harley-Davidson® Dealer Locations: During the Promotion Entry Period, visit a Participating Dealer to scan a QR Code for access to a registration form. Entering in this manner designates that Participating Dealer as your Harley-Davidson Preferred Participating Dealer (“Preferred Participating Dealer”) for the duration of this Promotion. You will receive two (2) entries in this Promotion for this initial registration entry. For each time during the Promotion Entry Period that you “check-in” at a Participating Dealer by scanning the QR code and clicking the “Check-In” button, you will receive two (2) entries in this Promotion. Limit one (1) check-in per day. Once you have designated your Preferred Participating Dealer, the designation cannot be changed during the course of this Promotion.
Other Participating Dealer Methods: Participating Dealers may, from time to time, use their own methods for engagement, including for example unique QR codes or participation in various activities to collect codes or keywords to then enter through the Promotion Website to redeem for entries in this Promotion. No purchase is required to gain access to a QR code, to obtain any codes or keywords for additional entries, or to obtain additional entries by the "check-in" process or otherwise. Email: To enter without visiting a Participating Dealer, send an email to contestentry@mightyloud.com during the Promotion Entry Period with your name, address, date of birth, email address, phone number, and your selected designated Dealer from among the list of Participating Dealers. Once you have designated your Harley-Davidson dealership, the designation cannot be changed during the course of this Promotion. You will receive two (2) entries in this Promotion for each email entry.
Limit maximum of seventeen (17) entries total per person and per email address throughout this Promotion, regardless of method of entry, with no more than seven (7) entries on the initial day of registration. You may receive two (2) entries during the Promotion for registering. There are other opportunities during the Promotion Entry Period to submit more entries, and each Participating Dealer may employ a unique approach to this Promotion as a whole; it is within the discretion of each in the marketing of this Promotion, and whether and how to share keywords or codes as part of the entry process. However, no entrant may submit more than seventeen (17) entries total during the Promotion regardless of method of entry. All entrants have the opportunity to submit a total of seventeen (17) entries.
All entries must be submitted and received by Mighty Loud by 11:59 p.m. EST on December 31, 2025 to be eligible for the Shopping Spree Giveaway. Mighty Loud assumes no responsibility for lost, incomplete, garbled, incorrect, or otherwise unreceived entries. All entries become the property of Mighty Loud and will not be returned or acknowledged. All entries are subject to the “General Entry Restrictions” section below.
Initial Drawings (Prize Qualifier Selection)
Mighty Loud will randomly select the potential Shopping Spree winners from all eligible entries received by each Participating Dealer group during the Promotion Entry Period on or around January 2, 2026, in two (2) rounds of drawings (the “Initial Drawings”).
Initial Drawings: Mighty Loud will first conduct one drawing round to select semifinalists from among all eligible entries within each individual Participating Dealer group. For the avoidance of doubt, the first drawing round will consist of individual drawings such that each pool for those drawings will be made of eligible entries received associated with one (1) particular Participating Dealer. A total of 306 Participating Dealers are participating in this Promotion and therefore Mighty Loud intends to draw a total of 306 Semifinalists, one from each Participating Dealer. If the total number of Participating Dealers changes, the corresponding number of Semifinalists will also change. Those Semifinalists will then qualify for the final drawings for a total of three (3) potential Initial Prize winners, which will be conducted immediately thereafter. Subject to verification of eligibility, the three (3) semifinalists whose entries are so drawn will be declared the Shopping Spree Prize winners.
Winner Verification
The three (3) potential Holiday Sweeps winners will be notified by email, call, or text message, at Mighty Loud's discretion and will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver, and, where legal, a Publicity Release (the "Declaration") which must be received by Mighty Loud within forty-eight (48) hours of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, and in the manner set forth by Mighty Loud in the communication, in order to claim their respective prize. If any potential winner cannot be reached or fails to comply with any verification requirement herein, the procedures in the section entitled “Disqualification of Winners” below shall apply.
General Entry Restrictions
The following entry restrictions apply to the entire Promotion. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address, nor are they permitted to share the same phone number. All additional entries submitted over the stated limits as defined herein will be considered void. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries (as outlined in these Official Rules) by using multiple/different email addresses or phone numbers, identities, registrations, logins, or any automated system or other methods will void that entrant's entries in Mighty Loud’s discretion and that entrant may be disqualified.
Any Keyword can only be used once per person and per email address. Any attempts to use this Keyword for additional entries will be void. For the avoidance of doubt, eligibility requirements and all other limitations, exclusions, and releases set forth throughout these Official Rules apply with equal force to this Promotion as a whole, unless expressly stated otherwise in this section.
Mighty Loud is not responsible for lost, garbled, incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise unreceived entries. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder. Mighty Loud is not responsible for lost, garbled, incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise unreceived entries.
Disqualification of Winners
Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. Any potential winner who cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Declaration or provide any other requested information within the required time period (if applicable), forfeits their respective prize. In such case, Mighty Loud will attempt to verify an alternate winner as follows:
Winners
For all other disqualified prize winners, Mighty Loud will attempt to verify an alternate winner by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries for the corresponding Drawing. Mighty Loud, in its discretion, will conduct a minimum of three (3) alternate drawings (if necessary) as described above, but will endeavor, time permitting, to award the applicable prize(s), after which the applicable prize(s) may remain unawarded.
Miscellaneous
Mighty Loud's decisions as to the administration and operation of the entirety of this Promotion and the selection of all prize recipients are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in this Promotion constitutes each winner’s consent to Mighty Loud’s and Harley-Davidson, Inc.'s and their respective agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
General Conditions: Mighty Loud reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Promotion in whole or on part, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of Promotion or the respective prize drawings, or any event or cause beyond Mighty Loud’s control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, wide spread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism) interferes with any aspect of the Promotion and/or their respective prize drawings, including but not limited to fulfillment of the prize(s), as determined by Mighty Loud in its sole discretion. In such event, Mighty Loud, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance and may modify the prizes offered herein. Mighty Loud reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Promotion, or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion in whole or in part may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Mighty Loud reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Mighty Loud’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Liability Release: By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Mighty Loud, Mighty Loud Enterprises, Harley-Davidson, Inc., and all of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, relating to, arising out of, or in connection with participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize herein referenced.
Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion, including without limitation, any drawing in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion entry process or any of the drawings herein; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries, selection of winners, award of prizes or otherwise in the administration of the Promotion; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, damaged or stolen mail; (6) any injury or damage to persons (including great bodily harm or death) or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion, or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion if it is possible. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Mighty Loud reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims or otherwise in its sole discretion.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, related to, or in connection with the Promotion or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a state or federal court sitting in Cobb County, Georgia; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Mighty Loud in connection with the Promotion or any prize awarded, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia. By entering, entrant also agrees to hereby expressly and irrevocably waive all rights to trial by jury in any action or proceeding instituted in any way relating to, arising out of, or in connection with the entirety or any part of this Promotion. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Mighty Loud, which shall be final and binding. Mighty Loud reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify all individuals (and their entries) who tamper with the entry process.
By participating in this Promotion and submitting an entry, you agree to receive by mail, email, phone call, or text message communications from Mighty Loud in the administration of this Promotion as well as communications from Harley-Davidson and any of its authorized dealers, including your chosen Preferred Participating Dealer, by mail, email, phone or text. If at any point you do not wish to receive such communications, including at time of entry, you may choose to opt out at any time. If you choose to opt out of communications from Mighty Loud during the pendency of this Promotion, you may forfeit your opportunity to win if the opt out results in Mighty Loud's inability to contact you.
FOR CANADIAN RESIDENTS ONLY: The courts in some provinces of Canada will not apply consumer laws from another jurisdiction/province to some types of disputes. If an entrant resides in one of those provinces, that province’s local laws will apply to such disputes related to these Official Rules. Otherwise, entrant agrees that the laws of the Province of Ontario will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these Official Rules. Similarly, if the laws in an entrant’s province will not permit such entrant to consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts in the Province of Ontario, then the entrant’s local jurisdiction and venue will apply to such disputes related to these Official Rules. Otherwise, all claims arising out of or relating to these Official Rules will be litigated exclusively in the Ontario courts, and each entrant agrees that the courts of the Province of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes or claims.
