OVERVIEW

The 2026 H.O.G. Sweeps Harley-Davidson® Giveaway ("H.O.G. Sweeps" or the "Promotion"), is sponsored by Mighty Loud Enterprises ("Mighty Loud"), available at the Harley-Davidson Museum in Milwaukee, WI, and consists of the following prize giveaway:

Grand Prize Motorcycle Giveaway (5/15/2026–9/4/2026): The Grand Prize Motorcycle Giveaway offers a total of five (5) prizes: one (1) Grand Prize Motorcycle with a Rockford Fosgate Stage III Kit Fairing Speakers, three (3) Qualifier Prizes, and one (1) potential Bonus Prize (all described below). Entries into the Grand Prize Motorcycle Giveaway will be accepted starting on May 15, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") and ending on September 4, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. EDT (the "Promotion Entry Period"). Following the close of the Promotion Entry Period, three (3) potential Grand Prize Qualifiers (each, a "Grand Prize Qualifier" or "Qualifier") will be selected from all timely entries received through a random drawing procedure. Only the Grand Prize Qualifiers will be eligible to win the Grand Prize Motorcycle. The Grand Prize Motorcycle will be awarded during the live H.O.G. Sweeps Bike Giveaway event ("Live Grand Prize Event") on or about September 12, 2026, at the National H.O.G. Rally in Branson, MO. The Grand Prize Qualifiers must be present to remain eligible to win the Grand Prize Motorcycle. Bonus Prize Eligibility: If the Grand Prize Motorcycle winner holds an active, verified H.O.G.® (Harley Owners Group) membership prior to May 15, 2026, and has maintained continuous active H.O.G. membership through September 4, 2026, as verified through Harley-Davidson, that winner will also receive an additional $5,000 cash gift card Bonus Prize. The Bonus Prize will not be awarded if the Grand Prize Motorcycle winner's H.O.G. membership cannot be verified as active and continuous for the full period described above. Only the Grand Prize Motorcycle and Qualifier Prizes are offered as part of the Grand Prize Motorcycle Giveaway. Eligibility: Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Hawaii), and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Mighty Loud, Harley-Davidson, the Harley-Davidson Museum, any prize suppliers, any other companies, service agencies, or independent contractors directly involved in the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes, and immediate family members (parent, spouse, including common law spouse, sibling, child, grandparent, grandchild, regardless of where they reside) and household members of such employees, are not eligible.

Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Mighty Loud’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. You are not eligible to win the prizes offered in this sweepstakes if, in the 13 months preceding the start of this sweepstakes, you were confirmed as an eligible winner of a prize with an ARV over $600 through any Mighty Loud or Harley-Davidson Promotion. In addition, if you are determined to be a winner in this Promotion of a prize with an ARV over $600, you will be ineligible to participate further in this Promotion or any other such Promotion for the 13 months following acceptance of the prize.

PRIZES, ODDS & PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

All prize values in these Official Rules are stated in United States Dollars (USD). The following prizes are available in this Promotion:

Grand Prize Motorcycle (1): One (1) 2026 Harley-Davidson® Street Glide Liberty Edition motorcycle in Midnight Ember with a Rockford Fosgate Stage III Kit Fairing Speakers. ARV: $28,098.99.

Bonus Prize (1): If the Grand Prize Motorcycle winner holds an active, verified H.O.G.® (Harley Owners Group) membership prior to May 15, 2026, and has maintained continuous active H.O.G. membership through September 4, 2026, as verified through Harley-Davidson, that winner will also receive an additional $5,000 cash gift card (as described above) to be distributed in the weeks after the Branson Event. ARV: $5,000.00.

Qualifier Prizes (3): Qualifier prize consists of only: one (1) $2,000 Visa® or American Express® Prepaid Card cash gift card, to be distributed at the Live Grand Prize Event to Qualifier, to help offset travel expenses (ARV $2,000); three (3) nights hotel accommodations in Branson, MO area hotel for the nights of September 10, 11, and 12, 2026, subject to approval of Mighty Loud (ARV: $1,200). ARV: $3,200.00 per Qualifier Prize.

Total ARV for this Promotion: $42,698.99

Odds: The odds of being selected as a Qualifier depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Entry Period. The odds of a Qualifier winning the Grand Prize Motorcycle are 1 in 3.

Limit one (1) prize per person. All prizes are subject to the sole discretion of Mighty Loud. All taxes, fees, costs, or other expenses or liabilities associated with any prize that are not expressly included in the prize descriptions above are the sole responsibility of each individual winner.

No substitution of any prize is offered, no transfer of any prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash. Any portion of a prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited. There is no cash equivalent or other substitution for any Grand Prize Motorcycle. Mighty Loud reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes on prizes, and if applicable, winner(s) may receive an IRS Form 1099 or other tax documents for the retail value of any prizes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: IF YOU WIN A PRIZE VALUED OVER $600 IN THIS PROMOTION OR HAVE PREVIOUSLY WON AND RECEIVED A PRIZE WITH AN ARV OVER $600 AWARDED BY MIGHTY LOUD OR HARLEY-DAVIDSON FOR THE 13 MONTHS FOLLOWING CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ELIGIBILITY, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN ANY ADDITIONAL PRIZE VALUED OVER $600, INCLUDING PRIZE MOTORCYCLE(S), IN ANY CURRENT PROMOTION.

The ARV of any prize may vary, depending on applicable variables including without limitation, date, options, availability, industry, supply and/or seasonal fluctuations. If the actual value of any prize is less than the ARV stated above, winner shall not be entitled to any compensation or reimbursement for the difference.

It will be solely within Mighty Loud’s discretion to determine all features of the Grand Prize Motorcycle to be awarded, including but not limited to, color and details; all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery Dealer and paid for by the Grand Prize Motorcycle winner. Make, model, trim level, color and options of prize are subject to change. The Midnight Ember color is the intended color of the Grand Prize Motorcycle; however, Mighty Loud reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize Motorcycle, or any prize or prize component, with a prize of equal or greater value if the designated prize or any component thereof becomes unavailable for any reason, at Mighty Loud’s sole discretion. Any such substitution will be announced to the affected winner.

With respect to the Grand Prize Motorcycle, none of Mighty Loud, Harley-Davidson, Inc., or their respective affiliates or agents have made or will be responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to such motorcycle, including without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, with the exception of any standard manufacturer’s warranty that may apply to the motorcycle. With respect to any other prizes, none of Mighty Loud, Harley-Davidson, Inc., or their respective affiliates or agents have made or will be responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law.

Grand Prize Motorcycle winner is responsible for title, license, registration and dealer preparation costs, insurance, sales tax, and other fees associated with the prize. Grand Prize Motorcycle winner must have a valid driver’s license in the relevant class or category and the ability to ride a two-wheeled motorcycle and will be required to provide proof of insurance at the time of taking delivery. Grand Prize Motorcycle winner must take delivery of motorcycle from the designated Dealer and may be required to execute other documents in order to transfer title and warranty. Released Parties shall not be responsible for any delays beyond their reasonable control associated with the delivery of a Grand Prize Motorcycle to its winner.

Winners of any prize that includes a motorcycle or motorcycle rental are responsible, at their sole expense, for possessing and properly providing valid driver's license in the relevant class or category, insurance, and any other requirements to obtain any prizes. Optional Theft and Damage Waiver or Liability Insurance are not included.

Without limiting the foregoing, winners of any prize that includes a motorcycle are solely responsible, at their own expense, for all expenses and incidental costs associated with the prizes not expressly included in the prize description above, including without limitation, all federal, state, provincial and/or local taxes (if any), fees, transportation costs incurred in claiming prize, additional tax, tag, title, license, registration, set-up costs, insurance, accessories, safety gear and/or equipment, modifications, extras, surcharges and any dealer preparation fees not described above as part of the prize.

Guests of any winner must be at least twenty-one (21) years old. Winners of any prize that includes lodging or a hotel package must comply with any applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of a major credit card. Room taxes, if applicable, and other hotel fees (including incidentals) are not included and if applicable, may be payable at the time of check-out by the winner. A deposit or payment in advance or presentation of a credit card by the winner may be required at the time of check-in at the hotel.

All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in any travel or event-related prize description above, including but not limited to, sales, use or other taxes, passport expenses, fees, passenger tariffs or duties, airline or airport fees, security fees, baggage charges, service charges, facility charges, surcharges, upgrades, extras, meals, beverages, snacks, excursions, alcoholic beverages, tips, gratuities, parking, concessions, sightseeing, souvenirs, merchandise, transfers, COVID or other tests, fuel, trip or travel insurance, resort or hotel services, room service, laundry service, spa treatments, local and long distance telephone calls, Internet access, all lodging and transportation expenses not expressly included above, personal items, and incidentals personal charges at lodging, or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner.

Cash gift card prizes or prize components are subject to all terms and conditions thereon as well as any additional limitations or restrictions imposed by issuer.

Any images of any prize or prize components in advertising are for illustrative purposes only; actual items awarded as prize/prize components may differ from such images. Entrants agree that Released Parties (below) expressly disclaim all liability in conjunction therewith.

Prizes are non-transferable and do not have any cash equivalent. Noncash prizes are not redeemable for cash and may not be sold, bartered or auctioned. The right to receive any prize is personal to winner and is not transferable. Any prize or portion thereof not accepted by any winner is forfeited and no cash or substitute will be offered or permitted, except that Mighty Loud reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize or prize component with a prize or component of equal or greater value if the designated prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Any such substitution will be announced. Prizes may not otherwise be substituted.

All prizes are subject to the sole discretion of Mighty Loud. All taxes, fees, costs, or other expenses or liabilities associated with any prize that are not expressly included in the prize descriptions above are the sole responsibility of each individual winner.

GRAND PRIZE MOTORCYCLE GIVEAWAY

How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter the Grand Prize Motorcycle Giveaway:

Scan in at the Harley-Davidson Museum: During the Promotion Entry Period, visit the Harley-Davidson Museum, located at 400 W. Canal St., Milwaukee, WI 53203, to scan a QR Code for access to a registration form. You will receive one (1) entry into this Promotion for this initial in-person registration. You may receive one (1) additional entry by entering the keyword provided within the confirmation email.
Email: To receive one (1) entry into this Promotion, send an email to contestentry@mightyloud.com during the Promotion Entry Period with your name, address, date of birth, email address, phone number. You will receive one (1) entry for each valid email entry.

Limit maximum of two (2) entries total per person and per email address throughout this Promotion: one (1) entry for initial registration and one (1) entry for a valid keyword or email submission. No additional entries are permitted.

All entries must be submitted and received by Mighty Loud by 8:00 p.m. EDT on September 4, 2026 to be eligible for the Grand Prize Motorcycle Giveaway. Mighty Loud assumes no responsibility for lost, incomplete, garbled, incorrect, or otherwise unreceived entries. All entries become the property of Mighty Loud and will not be returned or acknowledged. All entries are subject to the "General Entry Restrictions" section below.

Drawings (Grand Prize Qualifier Selection)
Mighty Loud will conduct a single random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Entry Period to select three (3) potential Grand Prize Qualifiers on or around September 5, 2026. Subject to verification of eligibility, the three (3) entrants whose entries are so drawn will be declared the Grand Prize Qualifiers, who will qualify for the Live Grand Prize Event, which will be conducted at the National H.O.G. Rally in Branson, MO. Each Qualifier will be awarded a Qualifier Prize.

Live Grand Prize Event
On or about September 12, 2026, at the National H.O.G. Rally in Branson, MO, Mighty Loud will hold a Live Grand Prize Event attended by the three (3) Grand Prize Qualifiers to award the Grand Prize Motorcycle. Grand Prize Qualifiers must be present to win. The Grand Prize Motorcycle will be on display during the Live Grand Prize Event. Qualifiers will be instructed on Live Grand Prize Event check-in time, location, and rules.

Each confirmed Grand Prize Qualifier must be present at the Live Grand Prize Event or will forfeit the opportunity for a chance at winning the Grand Prize Motorcycle.

During the Live Grand Prize Event, Mighty Loud will present a bucket containing three (3) unmarked keys (each, a "Key"), only one of which will successfully start the engine of the Grand Prize Motorcycle. If fewer than three (3) Qualifiers attend the Live Grand Prize Event, the number of Keys will be reduced accordingly. Once the Live Grand Prize Event has started, each Qualifier will randomly draw a number between 1 and 3 from a bucket. The Qualifier that draws number one will select a key from the key bucket, followed by the Qualifier that draws number two, then the Qualifier that draws number three. That process will continue until all three (3) Qualifiers have selected Keys.

Each Qualifier will then attempt to start the Grand Prize Motorcycle with the chosen Key, in the same order in which they selected their Keys. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the first Qualifier whose Key successfully starts the engine of the Grand Prize Motorcycle will be declared the Grand Prize Motorcycle Winner and will be awarded the Grand Prize Motorcycle.

IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LIVE GRAND PRIZE EVENT, QUALIFIERS MUST ATTEND THE NATIONAL H.O.G. RALLY IN BRANSON, MO IN-PERSON ON OR ABOUT SEPTEMBER 12, 2026.

SALES TAX, TITLE AND REGISTRATION, AND ANY OTHER CHARGES MUST BE PAID BY THE GRAND PRIZE MOTORCYCLE WINNER TO THE APPROPRIATE DEALER(S) PRIOR TO BEING ENTITLED TO RECEIVE THE GRAND PRIZE MOTORCYCLE. Failure to do so within 30 days of the date that the Grand Prize Motorcycle winner is advised that the motorcycle is ready for pick-up may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize Motorcycle, in Mighty Loud’s sole and unappealable discretion. Grand Prize Motorcycle cannot be transferred and must be titled in winner’s name only. Grand Prize Motorcycle winner shall be solely responsible for obtaining and payment of any federal, state or provincial required registration, inspection, insurance coverage, and taxes for the Grand Prize Motorcycle. Additional information regarding the warranty, pick-up/delivery, and additional information will be provided to the Grand Prize Motorcycle winner in due course after winning. The Grand Prize Motorcycle winner will be required to complete all relevant documentation, including sales warranty and registration, for the Grand Prize Motorcycle at the Harley-Davidson dealership location of Mighty Loud’s choosing during regular business hours or as otherwise may be instructed by Mighty Loud or the designated Dealer.

Winner Verification
The three (3) potential Grand Prize Qualifiers will be notified by email, call, or text message, at Mighty Loud’s discretion and will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver, and, where legal, a Publicity Release (the "Declaration") which must be received by Mighty Loud within twenty-four (24) hours of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, and in the manner set forth by Mighty Loud in the communication, in order to claim their respective prize. If any potential winner cannot be reached or fails to comply with any verification requirement herein, the procedures in the section entitled "Disqualification of Winners" below shall apply.

GENERAL ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

The following entry restrictions apply to the entire Promotion. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address, nor are they permitted to share the same phone number. All additional entries submitted over the stated limits as defined herein will be considered void. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries (as outlined in these Official Rules) by using multiple/different email addresses or phone numbers, identities, registrations, logins, or any automated system or other methods will void that entrant’s entries in Mighty Loud’s discretion and that entrant may be disqualified.

Any Keyword can only be used once per person and per email address for this Promotion. Any attempts to use this Keyword for additional entries will be void.

Mighty Loud is not responsible for lost, garbled, incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise unreceived entries. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder.

DISQUALIFICATION OF WINNERS

Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. Any potential winner who cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Declaration or provide any other requested information within the required time period (if applicable), forfeits their respective prize. In such case, Mighty Loud will attempt to verify an alternate winner as follows:

Grand Prize Qualifier
If the disqualified individual was a potential Grand Prize Qualifier, Mighty Loud will, time permitting, attempt to verify an alternate Grand Prize Qualifier by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries, to ensure that there are three (3) Grand Prize Qualifiers who accept the prize and who agree as a condition of acceptance that they will attend the Live Grand Prize Event. Mighty Loud, in its discretion, will conduct a minimum of three (3) alternate drawings (if necessary) as described above, but will endeavor, time permitting, to award all three (3) Qualifier Prizes, after which the applicable prize may remain unawarded and the number of Qualifiers at the Live Grand Prize Event reduced accordingly.

Grand Prize Motorcycle Winner
If the disqualified individual was a potential Grand Prize Motorcycle winner, Mighty Loud will, time permitting, attempt to verify an alternate Grand Prize Motorcycle winner by random drawing from among the remaining Qualifiers who attended the Live Grand Prize Event ("Live Event Participants") until an alternate Grand Prize Motorcycle winner has been verified or no Live Event Participants remain. If no Live Event Participants remain, no further attempts will be made and the Grand Prize Motorcycle will not be awarded.

Other Winners
For all other disqualified prize winners, Mighty Loud will attempt to verify an alternate winner by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries for the corresponding Drawing. Mighty Loud, in its discretion, will conduct a minimum of three (3) alternate drawings (if necessary) as described above, but will endeavor, time permitting, to award the applicable prize(s), after which the applicable prize(s) may remain unawarded.

MISCELLANEOUS

Mighty Loud’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the entirety of this Promotion and the selection of all prize recipients are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.

Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in this Promotion constitutes each winner’s consent to Mighty Loud’s and Harley-Davidson, Inc.’s and their respective agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

General Conditions: Mighty Loud reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Promotion in whole or in part, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of Promotion or the respective prize drawings, or any event or cause beyond Mighty Loud’s control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, wide spread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism) interferes with any aspect of the Promotion and/or their respective prize drawings, including but not limited to fulfillment of the prize(s), as determined by Mighty Loud in its sole discretion. In such event, Mighty Loud, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance and may modify the prizes offered herein. Mighty Loud reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Promotion, or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion in whole or in part may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Mighty Loud reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Mighty Loud’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Liability Release: By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Mighty Loud, Mighty Loud Enterprises, Harley-Davidson, Inc., Rockford Corp, and all of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, relating to, arising out of, or in connection with participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize herein referenced.

Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion, including without limitation, any drawing in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion entry process or any of the drawings herein; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries, selection of winners, award of prizes or otherwise in the administration of the Promotion; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, damaged or stolen mail; (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion, or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion if it is possible. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Mighty Loud reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims or otherwise in its sole discretion.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, related to, or in connection with the Promotion or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a state or federal court sitting in Cobb County, Georgia; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Mighty Loud in connection with the Promotion or any prize awarded, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia. By entering, entrant also agrees to hereby expressly and irrevocably waive all rights to trial by jury in any action or proceeding instituted in any way relating to, arising out of, or in connection with the entirety or any part of this Promotion. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Mighty Loud, which shall be final and binding. Mighty Loud reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify all individuals (and their entries) who tamper with the entry process.

By participating in this Promotion and submitting an entry, you agree to receive by mail, email, phone call, or text message relating to the administration of this Promotion as well as communications from Harley-Davidson and any of its authorized dealers, by mail, email, phone or text. If at any point you do not wish to receive such communications, including at time of entry, you may choose to opt out at any time. If you choose to opt out of communications from Mighty Loud during the pendency of this Promotion, you may forfeit your opportunity to win if the opt out results in Mighty Loud’s inability to contact you.
