Overview: The Harley-Davidson Homecoming Riding Academy Giveaway (the “Promotion”), sponsored by Mighty Loud Enterprises ("Mighty Loud" or "Sponsor"), consists of one drawing at random from all eligible entries received for the chance to win one (1) Prize package that includes a complimentary Harley-Davidson Riding Academy Class, a $500 gift card, and a Paid Tier Membership for one year. Terms and limitations, including expiration date, apply. Review further details below.
Entry Period: Entry period begins July 26, 2024 at 9:00 am Eastern Time and ends on July 27, 2024 at 11:59 pm Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). Mighty Loud's computer is the official time keeping device for the Promotion.
Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the forty-nine (49) continental United States, including Alaska and the District of Columbia, and excluding Hawaii, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Mighty Loud (“Sponsor”), Harley-Davidson, Inc. and its Dealers and retailers, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, and promotional and other vendor agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors involved in the promotion, and the immediate family (parent, spouse, including common law spouse, sibling, child, grandparent, grandchild, regardless of where they reside) and household members of all such employees, are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Previous winners of prizes valued over $500 awarded by Sponsor or Harley-Davidson as part of the 2023 or 2024 Rolling USA promotions (inclusive of Rolling Daytona, Rolling Laconia, Rolling Milwaukee, Rolling Sturgis and Rolling Arkansas) are ineligible to participate in this Promotion.

The form will request certain information, including your name, address, date of birth, phone number and email address. Limit one entry, regardless of method of entry.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, incomplete, undelivered, garbled, incorrect, or otherwise unreceived entries, regardless of method of entry. All entries must be submitted and received by Sponsor during the Entry Period and by 11:59 pm ET on July 27, 2024 to be eligible for the drawing. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address, nor are they permitted to share the same phone number. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries (as outlined below) by using multiple/different email addresses or phone numbers, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder.
Limit: Limit one entry per person. Any and all additional entries submitted over the stated limits as defined herein will be considered void. Only one person per email address and per phone number. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, garbled, incomplete, undelivered, incorrect, or otherwise unreceived entries.
Odds: Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prizes: Prize consists of (1) one voucher for a Harley-Davidson Riding Academy Class, valued at up to $599 (actual fees vary depending on the dealership and subject to expiration); (2) one $500 gift card; and (3) one Paid Tier Membership for one year, valued at $59 (altogether, the "Prize"). Total ARV: $1,158.00. See below for important information about these prizes.
In the event that the selected winner resides in a State in which no Riding Academy Dealership exists, winer shall instead receive a gift card equivalent to the value of the Riding Academy class, valued at $599, in addition to the $500 gift card and Paid Tier Membership.
The voucher for the Riding Academy Free Class will expire on June 30, 2025.
All taxes, expenses, and incidental costs not expressly stated in the package description above, are the responsibility solely of winner. Winner of any prize which involves driving or otherwise requires proof of valid driver's license an insurance must comply. A deposit or payment in advance or presentation of a credit card by the winner may be required prior to participation in Riding Academy.
How To Win: Winner will be randomly selected on or about August 1, 2024, by drawing at random. Only one (1) person will win.
Mighty Loud's decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of the potential Prize winner(s) are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
All taxes, fees, costs, or other expenses or liabilities associated with the Prize are the responsibility solely of each individual winner. Prize winner must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to ride a two-wheeled motorcycle and will be required to provide proof of insurance. Optional Damage Waiver or Liability Insurance not included. Prizes are non-transferable and do not have any cash equivalent.
Potential Prize winner(s) will be notified by email, call, or text message, at Sponsor's discretion, and will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver, and where not prohibited a Publicity Release (the "Declaration") which must be received by Mighty Loud within forty-eight (48) hours of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, and in the manner set forth by Mighty Loud in the communication, in order to claim Prize.
Any potential Prize winner(s) who cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the Declaration or provide any other requested information within the required time period (if applicable), forfeits the Prize. Receiving the Prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason or forfeits the Prize, Sponsor will award the Prize to an alternate winner, time permitting, by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will conduct a minimum of three (3) alternate drawings (if necessary) as described above, but will endeavor, time permitting, to award the Prize, after which the applicable prize may remain un-awarded. In the event that a potential winner for Trip Prize or Runner-Up Prize is disqualified for any reason or forfeits the prize, Sponsor will award the applicable prize(s) (as applicable) to an alternate winner, time permitting, by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries for each respective drawing. Subject to Sponsor's discretion, Sponsor will conduct a minimum of three (3) alternate drawings (if necessary) as described above, but will endeavor, time permitting, to award the applicable prize(s), after which the applicable prize(s) may remain un-awarded.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-divisible, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. There is no cash equivalent or other substitution for any portion of the Prize. Notwithstanding, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. None of Sponsor, Harley-Davidson, Inc., or their respective affiliates or agents have made or will be responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to any vehicle which may be used by winner during use of Prize, including without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, with the exception of any standard manufacturer’s warranty that may apply to such vehicle. With respect to any and all portions of the Prize, none of Sponsor, Harley-Davidson, Inc., or their respective affiliates or agents have made or will be responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law. The voucher for the Riding Academy Free Class will expire on June 30, 2025.
Release: By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Mighty Loud Enterprises, and Harley-Davidson, Inc. and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, relating to, arising out of, or in connection with participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize herein referenced, including without limitation the Riding Academy Free Class.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and Harley-Davidson, Inc.'s and their respective agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
Additional Requirements and Terms: Failure to satisfy all conditions and requirements of Prize acceptance may result in forfeiture of the Prize, in Sponsor’s sole and unappealable discretion. Prize cannot be transferred. Using Prize is subject to availability and business hours or as otherwise may be informed by Sponsor or the designated Riding Academy location.
By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to receive the Prize, and each component of the Prize, in the manner determined for Prize fulfillment by Sponsor and/or Harley-Davidson, whether by mail, email, and/or phone call. The method of fulfillment may be amended by Sponsor and/or Harley-Davidson in their sole discretion.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, in whole or on part, including without limitation the Prize Drawing, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion or the respective prize drawings, or any event or cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, wide spread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism) interferes with any aspect of the Promotion or the prize drawing(s), including but not limited to fulfillment of the prize(s), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance and may modify the prizes offered herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or the drawing(s), or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion in whole or in part may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. No substitution of any prize is offered, no transfer of any prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash. Any portion of a prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited. Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value in the event the published prizes are unavailable. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Prize recipients will be solely responsible for paying any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prizes, and if applicable, winner(s) may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of any prizes.
Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion entry process or any of the drawings herein; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion, including without limitation the Prize Drawing or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, damaged, garbled or stolen email or mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion, including without limitation as related to the Prize, the drawings for same, or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion, if it is possible. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims or otherwise in its sole discretion.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, related to, or in connection with this Promotion, including the Prize Drawing or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a state or federal court sitting in Cobb County, Georgia; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, the Prize Drawing, or any prize awarded, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia. By entering, entrant also agrees to hereby expressly and irrevocably waive all rights to trial by jury in any action or proceeding instituted in any way relating to, arising out of, or in connection with the entirety or any part of this Promotion. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any and all individuals (and their entries) who tamper with the entry process.

All such personal information collected during this Promotion is for the benefit of Harley-Davidson, Inc. and accordingly subject to Harley-Davidson, Inc.'s privacy policy, accessible at https://www.harley-davidson.com/us/en/footer/utility/privacy-policy.html.
By participating in this Promotion and submitting an entry, you agree to receive by mail, email, phone call, or text message communications from Mighty Loud in the administration of this Promotion as well as communications from Harley-Davidson and any of its authorized dealers, by mail, email, phone or text. If at any point you do not wish to receive such communications, including at time of entry, you may choose to opt out at any time. If you choose to opt out of communications from Mighty Loud during the pendency of this Promotion, you may forfeit your opportunity to win if the opt out results in Mighty Loud's inability to contact you.
