The Shift Into Gear Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by Mighty Loud Enterprises (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 15, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). The drawing will occur on or around November 3, 2025.
Harley-Davidson, Inc. (“Harley-Davidson”) and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders, representatives, officers, directors, agents, and employees (collectively, the “H-D Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Promotion or any prize awarded. The H-D Entities have not offered or sponsored this Promotion in any way.
Data Collection
By entering, you are providing your personal information to Mighty Loud Enterprises. You agree that that Mighty Loud may share your information with Harley-Davidson and that Mighty Loud and Harley-Davidson may use your information in accordance with their individual Privacy Policies, which are found at https://www.mightyloud.com/privacy-policy and https://www.harley-davidson.com/us/en/footer/utility/privacy-policy.html respectively, and which may be updated from time to time.
Notice of Collecting Geolocation Data
How We Collect Geolocation Data: At the time of entry, we may ask you to enable location services on your device so that we can collect your precise geolocation.
How We Use Geolocation Data: If you enable location services, we will collect and use your precise geolocation data to verify your location at a Participating Dealer at the time of entry.
We do not sell or share your precise geolocation data with anyone, at any time, for any reason.
Your Choices
You are not required to enable location services or to allow us to collect your precise geolocation in order to participate in the Promotion. We delete and will not retain your precise geolocation data after the initial time of entry. At any time, you may choose to ask us to tell you what data we have about you, to correct inaccurate data, to delete your personal information that we no longer need, and to confirm that we do not sell or share your personal information, including precise geolocation, with anyone. 1. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Hawaii) and Canada who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Mighty Loud Enterprises, Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Harley-Davidson dealerships, promotional partners, vendors, and immediate family/household members of such individuals are not eligible.
Sweepstakes is void where prohibited and subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations.
2. HOW TO ENTER
A. Test Ride Entry
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants who complete a Harley-Davidson motorcycle test ride at a participating dealership will receive a keyword. Upon receiving the keyword, participants must follow the instructions on the promotional website to enter the Sweepstakes. Only one entry per person is permitted, regardless of the number of keywords received or test rides completed.
B. Alternate Means of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without completing a test ride, send an email to contestentry@mightyloud.com with the subject line “Shift Into Gear Sweepstakes.” The email must include your name, complete mailing address, date of birth, email address, phone number, and the name of your preferred Harley-Davidson dealership. Limit one AMOE entry per person.
All entries—regardless of method—must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2025.
3. PRIZES AND REGIONAL STRUCTURE
United States Prizes
Six (6) winners will each receive a $5,000 in-store shopping spree prize (ARV: $5,000 USD each). Prizes are distributed across three geographic regions as follows:
- North Region – Two (2) winners
- South Region – Two (2) winners
- West Region – Two (2) winners

Each region will follow a tiered drawing process:
1. One eligible entry will be randomly selected from each participating dealership in that region.
2. From that pool, one winner will be randomly selected.
3. The selected winner’s dealership will be removed from the pool.
4. A second winner will then be selected from the remaining pool.
Canada Prize
One winner from a separate Canadian pool will receive a $5,000 CAD in-store shopping spree prize (ARV: $5,000 CAD). The winner will be selected in a separate random drawing from all eligible Canadian entries.
Total ARV (USD Equivalent): $35,000 (based on CAD conversion at time of award)
4. KEYWORD DISTRIBUTION AND DEALER BRACKETS
Keywords are distributed by participating dealers. All keywords serve as single-use entry points into the Sweepstakes. Keywords do not expire and are not dealership-specific. Dealers are grouped into “coverage brackets” to define their participation windows:
- Bracket 1: Dealers in both Rolling Arkansas and Rolling Texas campaigns
- Bracket 2: Dealers in Rolling Arkansas only
- Bracket 3: Dealers in Rolling Texas only
- Bracket 4: All Canadian dealers
- Bracket 5: U.S. dealers not in any Rolling campaign
Each group’s bracket coverage is structured to avoid gaps in sweepstakes availability based on campaign and national event timing.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
On or around November 3, 2025, Sponsor will conduct random drawings as described above. Potential winners will be notified via email, telephone, or text message and may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, a liability/publicity release, and applicable tax forms within 48 hours.
Failure to comply with notification or documentation requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Prizes are not transferable and may not be substituted for cash.
Prizes are taxable, and U.S. winners will receive an IRS Form 1099.
Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Limit one prize per person.
Entries found to exceed the one-entry limit will be void.
7. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By entering, you consent to the Sponsor’s and Harley-Davidson’s use of your name, likeness, voice, city/state, and other personal attributes for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost or misdirected entries
- Technical or network failures
- Errors in printing or administration
- Unauthorized access or tampering
All issues regarding the promotion shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Georgia. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and bring any claim solely in a state or federal court located in Cobb County, Georgia.
